Hello my name is Brett Whitley.

I am the owner and broker of Money Matters Mortgage Brokerage. I am both a real estate and mortgage broker with a back ground in construction. With my real estate and mortgage brokerage expertise, coupled with over twenty five years experience in the construction industry as a licensed plumber, I offer both my lending and borrowing clients a comprehensive understanding of the process of buying and selling real estate. My type of experience allows me to take into account the many factors concerning the purchasing of real estate that most other agents and brokers may not even be aware of. I also provide my clients with valuable before and after sales services to help increase the value of their property, secure their real estate investment, and increase their standard of living.

Let me tell you a little about myself. I am married to my wonderful wife Tracy who is also a mortgage agent and will be our new administrator. We have two children our oldest daughter Tami-Jay and our son Elliott.

I was born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario and I have lived here the majority of my life with the exception of a few years in Vancouver and Calgary. I went to Lloyd George public school and Delta High School. While out west, I started my working career and served an apprenticeship in plumbing. I Then came home and joined the Hamilton Plumbers and Pipe Fitter Local, Union 67, where I am still a member today. I am also a real estate broker and I work with the number one real estate brokerage in the Hamilton and surrounding area, Remax Escarpment Realty Inc.

I am proud to say I am associated with and support the Boys and Girls Clubs of Hamilton. I happily donate a portion of all my real estate sales to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Hamilton. I have fond memories of the old Kiwanis Club and it gives me great pleasure to help support the clubs in any way I can. I ask everyone who can help to please donate anything they can.
